After hauling a few loads for FX and having a disagreement on the bill, I experienced the rudest office "bookkeeper." She was impossible to deal with as she would not listen to a thing I had to say and chose to yell and cut me off. Hopefully those of you in the future that get the "pleasure" of working with this company have a much better experience!
